Most travelers arrive in Bhutan on Druk Air, Bhutan's
national carrier and the only scheduled airline allowed
into Bhutan. Flights originate in Bangkok, Delhi, Kathmandu,
Kolkata or Dhaka. Druk Air flys BAE - 146, two engine
jets that are well suited for the 8,000' elevation of
Paro, the country's only airport. |
